Are Prints chalk bags limited edition?

Only a small quantity of bags with each print have been manufactured. Each print will be available for sale while supplies last. New prints will be introduced once a print sells out. So hurry, order yours now!

Do you provide custom printed chalk bags?

Yes. Currently, we offer custom printing on our Chalkzilla Bucket Chalk Bag for Bouldering. You can get your logo/name printed on our bags and get matching bags for your team/gym/organization. Minimum order quantity of 20 is required. For more info, email us at info@twoogres.com.

How do I swaddle up my GoPro?

My GoPro has a LCD Touch BacPac attached to it, will it fit into the Swaddle Case?

No. The Swaddle Case was designed to accommodate the GoPro Hero [3, 3+ or 4] camera together with its housing, it was not designed to fit any additional accessories together with the GoPro, such as the LCD BacPac. However, it will fit the GoPro Hero+ LCD.

Can I use the Swaddle Case to protect and store other gadgets?

The Swaddle Case for GoPro makes an excellent protective case for various other small gadgets, such as the Removu P1 and DxO One.

What is the sizing difference between the Basique and Essential-Z Chalk Bag?

The Basique chalk bag has a height of 6" and the Essential-Z chalk bag has a height of 7". The Essential-Z is made for bigger hands.

Can I fit my cell phone in the wearable (Basique v2 or Essential-Z) chalk bag pocket?

No. The pocket is designed to accommodate small objects such as your ID or keys. Why do you need to carry your cell phone with you anyway?

How do I clean my bag?

We recommend spot cleaning your bag with warm water and mild soap and leaving it to air dry.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

Currently we only ship within the United States, Canada and Mexico. Subscribe to our Newsletter for international updates.

When will you ship my order?

Your order is processed immediately once received and it should take no longer than 1 business day to process your order (except US holidays). Domestic shipments usually take 3 to 5 business days once mailed. International shipments may take much longer. You will receive a tracking number once your order is mailed.
